The Idea of the Retreat
The Alchemy of Love is a retreat designed to reconnect you with your true essence and the primordial love that exists within each of us from birth.
Every individual has a unique “alchemical recipe” — a set of energies and life experiences that help them rediscover the unconditional love they came from.
The purpose of this retreat is to create a deep connection with the four elements — Water, Fire, Air, and Earth — and explore powerful energetic locations that will help you uncover what you personally need to live a life of love and harmony. It’s about finding love within your heart, rather than seeking it elsewhere, and living your life as an embodiment of love itself.

During the retreat, we will dive into essential questions and transformative practices:

The idea for this retreat was born during my personal three-day silence retreat. One morning, in prayer and meditation, I had a clear vision — the name of the retreat, its essence, and the connection to the four elements. This concept reminded me of my favorite childhood movie, The Fifth Element, where the harmony of the universe relies on the unity of the elements.
As Earth’s energetic settings continue to shift, it’s becoming increasingly important to understand how to work with the elements and draw strength from them. Through this vision, I received insights about specific sacred locations to visit and the guides to invite.
The retreat is led by a team of four facilitators, each representing one of the elements. Together, two women and two men help balance masculine and feminine energies, guiding participants toward wholeness and harmony.

Day 1
Cairo
Arrival day
Arrival at Cairo Airport, transfer to the hotel, check-in.
At 18:00 – group gathering, introductions, relaxation, and attunement with healing music.
Dinner at the hotel, and overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 2
Cairo – White Desert
Bahariya Oasis in the Western Desert. The timeless desert offers a serene escape from the chaos of everyday life. Its vast and beautiful landscapes help to clarify the mind, body and soul.
Upon arrival at El-Bawiti village, we will board 4x4 jeeps for the drive to the nearby Bedouin village of El-Haez, where we will enjoy lunch and a bath in a rich mineral spring.
Retreat opening ceremony – intention setting, energy work to connect with the elements of Fire and Earth. Ecstatic dancing under the starry desert sky, opening universal channels through movement. After sunset, we will gather for a barbecue dinner and Bedouin feast, then spend the night under the stars in a tented camp.
Day 3
White Desert – Cairo
Wake up early to experience a peaceful sunrise over the White Desert. Morning movements and stretching – flowing movements to live meditative music. After breakfast, we’ll head back to Bahariya Oasis, stopping along the way to explore Moon Valley, Crystal Mountain, the Black Desert, and more. After a local tour in Bahariya, we’ll return to Cairo for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4
Cairo – Hurghada
After breakfast and check-out, enjoy a guided tour of Cairo’s Giza Pyramids and Sphinx. Optional entry to the Great Pyramid is available for an additional fee. We’ll then visit an Egyptian oil and perfume factory. Energy work focusing on masculine and feminine energies within the energetic field of the pyramids. Following the tour, we’ll transfer to Hurghada for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5
Hurghada – Dolphin House Excursion
After breakfast, depart for a sea excursion to the “Dolphin House.” This location offers a chance to see dolphins in their natural habitat and swim alongside them if they approach. Snorkeling equipment is provided, allowing you to explore vibrant coral reefs and colorful marine life. Lunch is served on board, followed by an exciting banana boat ride. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Energy work connecting with the elements of Water and Air. Breathwork – using breath as a tool to align with primal flows and grounding into matter.
Day 6
Hurghada – Luxor
After breakfast and check-out, transfer to Luxor to visit the grand Karnak and Luxor Temples, including highlights like the Hypostyle Hall and the Avenue of Sphinxes. Optional lunch is available, along with an optional city tour by horse-drawn carriage.
Papyrus art therapy – creating natural dyes from Egyptian herbs and spices. Rediscover the hieroglyphs of your inner strength by painting your unique symbol of power.
Dinner and overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 7
Luxor – Dendera – Abydos – Hurghada
Following breakfast, we’ll visit the Dendera Temple, dedicated to the goddesses Hathor and Isis, and famous for its Zodiac ceiling. Then, we’ll explore Abydos Temple, renowned for its Flower of Life carvings and Osiris myth artwork.
Energy work in sacred sites – Closing Ceremony of the Retreat – ecstatic dance and a concert of silence. Optional lunch is available. We’ll return to Hurghada in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Hurghada
Breakfast at the hotel, check-out, and transfer to Hurghada Airport for departure.
