Philosophy and provisions of AURA DORÉE ASBL
“AURA DORÉE A.S.B.L.” is a space & community of equality, integrity, support, and self-development for families, parents of children with developmental and perceptual differences (such as ASD, ADHD, autism), individuals with unique perceptual experiences, as well as for educators and other professionals.
Aura Dorée includes the unification of masters of different areas of self-development, holistic health and education, the purpose of which is to support and create a holistic, healthy, harmonious space, psycho-emotional support and dissemination of the ideas of the association.

Every child and adult has a special, creative and multifaceted personality
The goal is to show this, show potential and support each other regardless of labels and diagnoses.
The basis is direct, sincere communication, awareness and integrity.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Every year, we are faced with an increase in the number of diagnosed diagnoses for both children and adults, such as ASD, ADHD, and autism.
What is this? Are there precise diagnoses and knowledge of how to treat this?
Children, parents and adults with various diagnoses face life’s difficulties, misunderstandings, contradictions, social criticism, and obtaining a diverse education and employment.
We offer the concept of personality development without the goal of correcting or isolating, but through the acceptance of human characteristics, the formation of a beneficial, equal Space and direct communication that helps each other grow and develop in a comfortable and gentle rhythm for everyone.
The Aura Dorée space was created so everyone sees in each other, not labels and diagnoses, but the true essence and potential.
Why Aura Dorée?
Aura Dorée - “Golden Aura” - this concept was not taken lightly.
In the Eastern Vedic tradition, the Aura Dorée is endowed with Brahman - the God-Man, who has revealed his potential and manifests his beneficent light into the world, creating his reality.
Brahman is the divine essence, and the Golden (or Gilded, shining with gold) aura reveals its potential.
"When gold is not recognised, it is trampled into the mud. Also, when Brahman is not recognised, the mud of misunderstanding arises. He who knows Brahman declares that he himself is God and Brahman, but a fool does not recognise this truth, and this non-recognition is called stupidity. He who knows Brahman also knows that the stupidity of a fool is also Brahman. When gold is recognised as gold, it instantly “becomes” gold, when Brahman is recognised as Brahman, it instantly “becomes” Brahman.”

FUNDAMENTALS AND AXIOMS
1.1 ‘The map is not the territory’.
The sentence ‘The map is not the territory’ is considered one of the most important statements when working with people, especially to help them focus their attention on the fact that their own beliefs about reality and perceptions of the world (‘map’) are not reality itself, nor the totality of what can be perceived (the ‘territory’).
Each person has their own world view, their own map, depending on their individual perceptual characteristics.
Aura Dorée is a space in which mutual respect for each other's personal boundaries and characteristics (maps) and mutual understanding form the basis.
1.2 ‘I AM THE SPACE, THE SPACE IS ME’.
‘Body, mind and soul are part of a single system.’
The processes that take place in the human body and in human interaction with the environment are processes within complex systems. The organism, society and the planet form the ecology of complex systems and sub-systems that interact and influence each other. Such systems tend to lead to more complex behaviour than simple linear processes, and looking at phenomena from different angles can lead to different but equally valid descriptions and understandings of what is considered important in the system.
Aura Dorée is a space where everyone can find a diverse and holistic approach to working with themselves, their situation and their potential.
1.3 ‘I am fine and you are fine’ or ‘You and I are of the same blood’.
- Mutual respect, support and partnership.
Aura Dorée is a non-judgemental space of acceptance and support, without criticism or labelling.
Difference = BEAUTY.
Criticism is not used as direct and effective communication for human development, but quality feedback is used between teachers and all participants. This ensures that there is no criticism, but rather high quality communication and motivation for development.
Feedback is information about the results of an action given to oneself, another person or a group in a form and sequence that can best be used to improve the quality and efficiency of the person performing the action.
-> What was effectively done? (Supporting a person in their work/company).
-> What can be improved? (If you want to improve something, share it according to your worldview).
-> What will this achieve? (Explain how your recommendations can improve the outcome).
-> Again, congratulations on a job well done.
In the Aura Dorée room, no advice, judgement or criticism is given. Instead, recommendations are given for everyone to follow at their own discretion to provide support and OSVK.
1.4 ALL BEHAVIOUR IS BASED ON GOOD INTENTION.
- All behaviour is motivated by a positive (good) intention; for every behaviour there is a context in which it is valuable.
This axiom comes from Virginia Satir's belief system and means that every action a person takes is ultimately aimed at fulfilling a positive intention (of which they may not be aware). It is assumed that a person's current behaviour represents the best choice available to them at that time.
1.5. NO LOWS OR NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES. THERE IS ONLY FEEDBACK.
In the space of the Aura Dorée there is no success or failure, no losers or winners.
The experience is the feedback of a certain action or intention.
Experience can be considered effective or ineffective in a particular context.
- All environmental and behavioural differences that humans are capable of can be meaningfully represented in the form of visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, olfactory and gustatory perceptions.
- There are no errors. There is only experience.
1.6. DIRECT COMMUNICATION.
The meaning of communication lies in the response received.
In any communication, the meaning of the message sent lies not in the intention behind the message, but in the response it evokes in the recipient of the message.
Aura Dorée places great emphasis on non-verbal communication and behaviour.
1.7. EACH PERSON HAS ALL RESOURCES AND POTENTIAL.
It is emphasised that it is beneficial for everyone to believe that they have what it takes to make a difference, because if this is true, it will help them to achieve the desired results.
1.8 Condition is primary and thought is material.
- We are responsible for how we manage ‘our own minds’ and therefore our conditions.
